Effectively manage different types of placement facilities (resources) such as Foster Parent Homes, Group Homes/Residences, Residential Treatment Facilities/Centers and Early Learn Institutions.  Options also has the ability to track a placement resource/facility and it's history, starting with recruitment events, inquiry status, certification, recertification and closed dates, which allows the ability to re-open the same resource in the future.
