John Lertzman

John is an entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in business operations, technology, finance and start-ups.  He began his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse and has since gone on to co-found, an online executive recruiting firm, and established an international consulting firm.  John worked closely with finance, quality assurance, program and other departments to tailor Options to the needs of the New York State social welfare system.  A hands-on CEO, John brings his experience to bear through all aspects of FSS, our partners and clients.

Having earned degrees in Psychology and Sociology, an LMSW and Advanced Certificate in Parent Education, plus over five years experience in clinical, education and program management, Kerri bridges the gap between our team of techies and the real-world.  Her first-hand experience brings an intimate understanding of the needs and challenges faced by our client agencies, while her knowledge and love of technology makes her the ideal Project Manager.  At one time or another she has successfully guided every one of our clients through implementation, training and support matters.

Jasmine Rencher

Jasmine has several years of experience working with Foster Care, Congregate Care and Youth Development.  As such, she is very familiar with the daily tasks and financial processes therein.  She has a detailed knowledge of integrating data solutions with Microsoft Programs and is dedicated to assisting clients to ensure that their day-to-day needs are met.  Jasmine brings her social services, technological and strong customer service experience to addressing client needs, training and support focusing on user and technical issues.
